\"\"<\/a>Mobile phones are one thing we carry with us no matter where we go. You will be surprised how dirty these things get and are a risk to our health too. As even after washing our hands before eating food, many times we are using the phones while eating.<\/p>\n

Following are some simple tips I suggest you implement at least once a month to clean up the mess:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Clean up your Charging Port:<\/strong> Grab a toothpick and get to work. You can even use a SIM eject tool if you have one lying around. When you\u2019re ready, shine a bright light onto the charging area and carefully insert the toothpick. Start digging out what\u2019s in there by making soft scooping motions alongside the outer edges of the port. Be rigorous, though not too aggressive to damage the port.<\/li>\n
  2. Dust in the speaker Grills:<\/strong> Try blasting a can of compressed air at the hole to remove what\u2019s obstructing it. If that doesn\u2019t work, then that means you\u2019re working with harder material. Very carefully, use your needle or SIM tool to remove whatever\u2019s stuck in there with the same up-the-sides motion as you used cleaning the charging port.<\/li>\n
  3. Clean up your phone screen: <\/strong>This is a must. Keep a spray bottle of a half-and-half mixture of white vinegar or soap and water, then wipe down the device with a sheet of microfiber cloth or tissue paper. This if possible do it every week as this is the part of the mobile which is most used by use.<\/li>\n
  4. Remove your case and clean it up:<\/strong> If your plastic case is looking dull, try soaking it in a bath of warm water and dish soap, then scrubbing at it with a toothbrush. The bristles will help soften up what\u2019s caked on there. Do change your case every 6 months.<\/li>\n
  5. Clean up Charging Cables too:<\/strong> A bit of warm soapy water on a clean towel is usually enough to get it wiped down. Be careful not to soak the cable, however. We normally never think about cleaning the Cables.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
