\"\"<\/a>I had written an article about benefits of having cold water<\/a>, but its quite easy to fall back to having a bath with hot water. Reasons for this could be that you have fallen sick or caught cold etc.<\/p>\n

I have a simple trick to switch back to following steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Make sure you try to switch back to cold water bath in summers. This is a power of least resistance as in summers every one loves cold water.<\/li>\n
  2. Start shower with mild hot water and then gradually move to cold water. With this gradual shift, you will not feel sudden gits of cold.<\/li>\n
  3. Once you are comfortable with cold water enjoy the bath \ud83d\ude09<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
