I am a big fan of their 1st 2 books called Getting Real and\u00a0Rework. This book is good but not as of the same league as of before.<\/p>\n

It discusses benefits of working remotely and how to manage remote team. A good read to get head start of how to maintain team working remotely and avoid pit falls.<\/p>\n
