Start with why is book written by Simon Sinek. Simon talks about Golden Circle in which he shows how starting with why is a right approach in starting any thing. The only drawback is there is lot of repetition. But in general a nice read and will learn lot of things.

Some key points:

1. To keep the passion a live in any project make sure to remind your self WHY are you doing it.

2. Money should be the last WHY.

3. Inspire people around you and you will get better productivity.

4. Question your self and make sure the answer is the reason for it is align with the WHY .
